With over 38 years of experience in the insurance industry, I am currently a Director at State Farm, leading in the Customer Contact Center. In prior roles I served as a Claims Consultant and as Adjunct Professor of Insurance at Western Michigan University. I have developed strong skills in strategic planning, leading through change, influencing and developing leaders, written and verbal communications, and business processes. My skills and experience enable me to successfully lead departments to reach customer service and stakeholder objectives. My mission is to help others, whether leaders, employees or customers.
