Key areas of focus were to benchmark and implement world best practices, develop enhanced standards of performance for the company and its suppliers, create the operating organizational design, plan for long term capability building to ensure the vision of sustainable Saudi senior leadership is attained, and sector development/strategic partnerships to elevate the service levels available in the marketplace.
