Incotec Analytical Services specializes in analytical services in the seed industry such as molecular marker technologies (both Protein and DNA-based), DNA resistance marker searches, HPLC analysis and Heubach dust-off testing. Our lab was the first that was audited and received the official attest for performing the Heubach test in accordance with the EU protocol as described by STICCS! The molecular marker technologies are used during breeding assistance and Quality Control. Incotec Analytical Services can perform the analysis in their ISO 9001-2008 accredited lab, but also has proprietary electrophoresis technology available for use by customers in their own Biotech labs where they can use our pre-cast gels.HPLC analysis is used for various routine quality analysis such as pesticide loading analysis on coated seed and seed to seed distribution.As Manager Director I hold responsibility for local (European) P&L, operation of the lab, marketing strategy as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with international accounts. I manage the Analytical Business Area world-wide in close cooperation with local management and explore and develop new business opportunities and guide R&D.
