Since the inception of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002, I have spearheaded the development of the firm's SOX 404 practice, which assists publicly traded companies in performing internal control risk assessments, control effectiveness evaluations, and remediation and testing, to ensure that their controls are operating properly. In addition, I serve as a member of the firm's Quality Control Department, where I oversee and assist many of the firm’s clients on technical accounting issues
