My work experience has provided a wealth of knowledge from working in big box retail to medical device manufacturing environments. These experiences have allowed me to deliver world class customer service, work on process improvement projects, lead cross-functional team meetings and facilitate external audits with notified bodies and vendors. I enjoy process improvement projects and had the opportunity to design, develop and release two versions of a department-specific web app using custom software. This web app consolidated several work processes into a single workflow, which provided automated services that could save up to 8 hours of work per team member.I have also developed strong interpersonal strengths – verbal and non-verbal communication, empathy, written communication, teamwork, problem-solving, decision making and assertiveness. These environments have also allowed me to hone my technical training with SAP, MS Suite and Google Suite. I am always looking for a challenge that will get me out of my comfort zone.
