In this role, our team champions and accelerates the Dutch Bros culture by serving as a key business partner to field leaders on Human Resources related issues within our assigned region. We aim to be highly collaborative to help influence across all levels of the company. Each day we assess and anticipate HR-related needs by formulating partnerships, leveraging data to identify and solve problems impacting our shops, and deliver value-added services to leadership and employees in compliance with team and business objectives.

Supervised five locations to meet operational, cultural, and financial benchmarks to enable a 23.47% average year to year growth. Lead in hiring, promoting, performance management, coaching and engagement of up to 160 team members and 12 managers. Directed management meetings to enhance collaboration and maintain culture based on trust through problem solving. Assisted with property management in the remodel process to better improve employee performance and branding image for all locations.

Ensured execution for Dutch Bros grand openings including: training, staffing, maintaining communication with HQ teams, and providing feedback. Traveled extensively for grand openings, special events, and emergency support to better business operations and to maintain company culture in over seven states. Assisted in the development of the company's field operations training process that has been executed in all new shop openings

Lead the drive of both my shop’s success, hitting labor and sales targets as set by the Regional Manager and Franchisee. I provided leadership for the crew through being the example and training as needed. I helped set Dutch culture standards; remaining compliant in all areas at all times. I lead the creation of a platform for finding, defining, and attaining each individual’s compelling future goals.
