An event ticketing professional and tech innovator with over 20+ years of experience advancing platform processes, operational efficiency, and overall event sales success. As the Co-founder and CEO of Ferve Tickets, I've helped hundreds of festivals of festivals and venues across the globe accelerate their sales, reduce labour, improve customer satisfaction and deliver solid financial performance. When I grew up in small country towns in Victoria, Australia, there was no internet, and so "culture" was combine harvesters and sheep dip. Luckily my parents were school teachers, and so every holidays they dragged me off to all kinds of cultural events; plays, theatre, opera, film, sport, even pantomimes.
