I've created culture of coaching within every team I’ve led and that spirit of problem solving extends to our customers and stakeholders as well. Sales teams under my leadership have won and maintained more than 70% of their market share with a subscription renewal rate well into the 90% range. My team’s goal is to make our customers and stakeholders better at their jobs.I have a proven track record of collaboration, I'm always willing to take on the responsibility of ensuring all of an organization's stakeholders are strategically aligned.I'm proudest of my success in developing talent.
