This entailed overseeing day-to-day operations of 2 production departments, as well as covering additional departments while other managers were unavailable. Worked with 2 other shift managers to determine the direction of the departments with regards to meeting business plans and objectives. All direct reports were unionized employees of high seniority and tenure.

It's not what the name implies...the "Moonshine Shop" at Boeing is a rapid prototyping shop used to develop in-house tooling, equipment and processes that can't be found elsewhere.
