Rob Rice was selected as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Gravity Oilfield Services in October 2018 and also serves as a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to joining Gravity, Mr. Rice was the Chief Operating Officer of Archrock, where he served from October 2015 until he joined Gravity. In December 2011, Mr. Rice was elected Senior Vice President of Exterran GP LLC, and at that time he was also appointed Senior Vice President of Exterran Holdings, Inc. and President, North America of Exterran Energy Solutions, L.P. Previously, Mr. Rice was Regional Vice President for the U.S. Gulf Coast Region of Exterran Energy Solutions, L.P. Prior to the merger of Hanover and Universal forming Exterran, Mr. Rice held the following positions at Hanover: Vice President, Gulf Coast Business Unit, from September 2003 to August 2007; Vice President, Health, Safety & Environmental, from October 2002 to September 2003; and Director, Corporate Development, January 2002 to October 2002. He also held commercial, financial and leadership positions in retail electricity and natural gas at Enron. During his career, Mr. Rice has been based in Argentina and Australia and has developed detailed experience in analyzing, structuring and growing businesses in domestic and international energy markets. Mr. Rice also served as a Flight Test Engineer with the United States Air Force. Mr. Rice serves on the Board of Directors of Gravity, PrimeSource Brands and formerly Archrock Partners and Gate, Inc.
