Approve and oversee cost on new construction and service jobs,review costing for final billing. Structure policy for Advanced entry systems employee's.Pursue sales and goals for AES Eugene, AES Bend and oversee employee production,and training. Oversee AES inventory by building a consensus of product reliability tominimize job cost due to product failure. Assist with technical trouble shooting andtraining of technicians.
