About Rob Roache

Have re educated myelf and maintain a positive and motivationbal on life. I am committed to helping young people make positive and healthier life choices. Having been the sufferer of a Class A addiction for 26 years, and serving 16 years in custody, i use this negative experience to motivate young people and relay my destructive negative mindset, effect on my life. i have been substance free for 7 years, and am still working on my own personal develpoment through, meditation and self reflection. whilst still continuing to take opputunities as they arise, and grow both professionally, and personally. i also facilitate a co wrote 6 week programme within secondary schools, on topics of low mental health and substance misuse. i facilitate workshops and deliver teacher and parent training. my favourite quote " I have come to eat at the banquet, not feed off the crumbs of the table"
