Innovation and Business Development Manager at Draka Holding N.V., located at the Renewable Energy Division, office Wuppertal – Germany.- Responsible for international R&D team, engineers in Europe, US and China, strong focus on cost-saving projects, value engineering, rubber compound development and process rationalisation.- Participation in multidisciplinary teams on organisational issues, such as factory footprint, product pruning and value add engineering.- Participating in the set-up of a MV subsea cable business in Norway with significant investment scheme .- Responsible for yearly strategic planning process of the division, containing 7 business units, using the 4Q method, resulting in repositioning of market segmentation and pricing policy.
