Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Leading and coordinating NPD (new product development) activities within the organization, supervising 2 direct reports, along with other project team members assigned as required.• Managing and overseeing all phases of the stage gate project management process, including gate reviews, approvals, activities and tracking the status of deliverables within each stage.• Detailed NPD project planning, including creating project budgets, schedules, product cost estimates, and capital investment and ROIC estimates. Monitoring project progress toward ensuring compliance to project plans.• Developing department budgets and initiatives, and presenting quarterly to the BOD (Board of Directors).• Participating, in collaboration with other department managers, in the development and planning of corporate strategic initiatives, including long term NPD planning (roadmap), for the entire organization.• Creating, proposing, and implementing department policies and procedures in alignment with corporate policy and procedure.• Ensuring department strategic initiatives and NPD projects are completed with alignment to, and supporting corporate strategic initiatives.• Assisting and/or delegation of complex design activities, and mentorship of junior engineers and direct reports.• Participate in ISO quality activities; including internal audits, external audits, Continuous improvement discussions, Non-conformance report discussions (root cause analysis, containment, corrective, and preventative actions (implementation of actions where applicable), and other activities pursuant to maintaining the organization’s ISO-9001 registration.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Leading assigned NPD (new product development) projects, with project team members assigned as required. • Managing and overseeing all phases of the stage gate project management process, including gate reviews, approvals, activities and deliverables within each stage.• Detailed NPD project planning, including creating project budgets, schedules, product cost estimates, and capital investment and ROIC estimates. Monitoring project progress toward ensuring compliance to project plans.• Determining project resource requirements (including: personnel, equipment, outsourced services, suppliers, etc.), and securing the required resources according to plan.• Detailed engineering and design (or delegation to project team members) of components, systems, and/or assemblies as part of product design, or other project design activities.• Assisting and/or delegation of complex design activities, and mentorship of junior engineers• Specification and documentation of product manufacture and assembly processes, including the design of tools, jigs, fixtures, and equipment integration, necessary for full scale production.• Supplier selection as required for new products/processes.• Managing supplier relations, (including conducting supplier quality audits, establishing and communicating supplier quality expectations, and reporting supplier performance metrics) of selected overseas and domestic suppliers. • As required, acting as a consultant to selected suppliers to improve supplier performance and ensure quality expectations are met.• Participate in ISO quality activities; including internal audits, external audits, Continuous improvement discussions, Non-conformance report discussions (root cause analysis, containment, corrective, and preventative actions (implementation of actions where applicable), and other activities pursuant to maintaining the organization’s ISO-9001 registration.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Detailed engineering and design of components, systems, and/or assemblies as part of product design, or other project design activities.• Specification and documentation of product manufacture and assembly processes, including the design of tools, jigs, fixtures, and equipment integration, necessary for full scale production.• Supplier selection as required for new products/processes.• Detailed NPD project planning, including creating project budgets, schedules, product cost estimates, and capital investment and ROIC estimates. Monitoring project progress toward ensuring compliance to project plans.• Determining project resource requirements (including: personnel, equipment, outsourced services, suppliers, etc.), and securing the required resources according to plan.• Overseeing and completing NPD projects following initial proposal, until product launch. And coordinating with other departments to ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved by upper management.• Creating or overseeing the creation of product prototypes: (Proof of Concept, Functional Prototypes, Pre-production prototypes. Coordinating Pilot and Risk Production as part of product release to production.• Interacting with customers at various stages of the project to understand customer product requirements, obtain customer feedback, and assist the customer with initial installations and troubleshooting during initial product rollout/release. • Leading internal and customer product design reviews to obtain feedback and design improvements as part of product and process design.• Providing training, information, and documentation to other departments as required to support ongoing sales, production, and application of new products going forward.• Creating new product test plans and re-validation test plans, and monitor product testing progress to ensure results align with product design requirements.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Leading a sub-department of 3 engineers within the engineering department, specializing in the review and approval of prints and designs done by other engineers.• Reviewing drawings and ensuring compliance to applicable drafting standards.• Contributing to department design and drafting standards.• Detailed design of specific individual pieces of equipment within a larger system as assigned.• Creating and auditing “purchase lists” consisting of all purchased hardware (motors, bearings, fasteners and hardware, etc.) for a given piece of equipment.• Integrating individual equipment designs and CAD models into larger system level design models.• Maintaining metrics and records on engineer design and drafting errors and corrections. required and reporting those metrics to management for employee review and performance evaluations.• Assisting and mentoring junior engineers with equipment design and drafting practices and techniques.
