Current• Driving software development modernisation and excellence at the CAA along DevSecOps, LEAN, SAFE and SCRUM philosophies.• Driving adoption of test automation across the CAA• Product Owner, Scrum master and Development Lead across the portfolio• Management of up to 40 resources covering all aspects of software development and test at the CAA• Full people management including all aspects of the recruitment process, funding, arranging training, peer reviews, providing traditional and non-traditional line management support• Actively engaged in promoting Technology and Agile Methodology in the Organisation; putting processes in place to ensure full Product Owner Engagement, Engaging with external stakeholders, Chairing the inter departmental working groups • Mentoring of Graduate Developers and other staff as required
