Across most of my roles down here you could easily write “Failed!” and you won’t be wrong. I have had many failures and along them some brightest wins. I think of myself as a natural connector of people, ideas & both. Helping others grow inspires me. The longer I am living, the more I am aware that my happiest moments are when I've helped and empowered others. Having travelled to many countries I've always kept an open-mind to meeting new people and places. I come that far from my humble roots as a village boy from Uzbekistan’s border with Afghanistan which gives me more strength and hope that I can set even higher goals. Life has often granted me some tough situations which only helped me build my resilience, faith and gratitude that I can still change my situation. Any endeavor I am taking on I make sure the team I am with always wins. I enjoy going all in when I take on goals or even smaller tasks. For me there is no other way of doing things. I am currently with logistics and transportation industry and help the businesses I am affiliated with all functions: vision and concept, product development, marketing and sales, scaling up, partnerships and distribution, and structure and organizational design, ways to measure progress in uncertainty. I am also an expert in business buying and selling, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and setting up search funds. I thrive in creating vision and building and leading successful teams and selling mostly intangible assets or ideas 💡/ concepts. I have also built, grew and sold multiple multi-million dollar businesses and have strong experience in building and developing companies with strong cash flow meant to sell in 3-5 years.I am a father of two wonderful kids and a dog with whom I love spending my time.
