Athletic facilities include a newly renovated top rated golf course with 24,500 rounds of golf per year, seven Har-Tru tennis courts, pool complex and fitness facility. Total gross revenues exceed $9 million, with food and beverage revenues accounting for over $1.5 million.As General Manager/COO , I report directly to the President and have full financial and operational responsibility for the club which in high season has a staff of over 140 employees in 16 departments. In addition to my club operational responsibilities, I oversee all functions of the HOA.

The 55,000 square foot clubhouse consists of a 90-seat member lounge, 60-seat formal dining room, 70-seat grille room, 120-seat 19th hole, extensive banquet facilities and four guest rooms.Athletic facilities include the third oldest golf course in the nation with 17,500 rounds of golf per year, seven Har-Tru tennis courts, three paddle courts, pool complex, fitness facility and seven squash courts. The club has a well established Junior Sports program that has enrollment of over 200 children. Total gross revenues exceed $10 million, with food and beverage revenues accounting for over $2.1 million.As General Manager, I report directly to the President and have full financial and operational responsibility for the club which in high season has a staff of over 160 employees.

The Rehoboth Beach Country Club is one of the top country clubs on the Middle Atlantic Shore. The club is located on the picturesque Rehoboth Bay. The 45,000-foot clubhouse consists of a 100-seat grille room, 120-seat formal dining room, 55-seat men’s grille room, full locker facilities and 12,000 square feet of banquet space. Athletic facilities of Rehoboth Beach include a 19-hole golf course with a Pro-Shop, a stunning pool complex, and three Har-Tru tennis courts with a Tennis Pro-Shop. Total annual gross revenues exceed $4 million, with food and beverage revenues accounting for over $1.3 million. The club is open seven days per week during the spring and summer seasons, and six days per week during the fall and winter seasons.As Club Manager, the hiring and training of all key personnel, all human resource functions, development of budgets, and all financial aspects of the club were under my direct supervision.

The club is situated on an exclusive resort island southeast of Charleston, South Carolina. The Beach Club is a 13,000 square foot clubhouse on the Atlantic Ocean with a 90-seat dining room, lounge, expansive pool deck, a full-service beach and an outside gazebo bar. The River Course clubhouse is a 47,000-square foot clubhouse with a 30-seat grille, 120-seat main dining room, fitness room, two tennis courts, award-winning Tom Fazio 18-hole golf course, day spa, and full locker facilities. The Cassique Clubhouse was built in 2000 and consists of extensive dining options, fitness and squash facilities and a Tom Watson designed golf course. Total annual gross revenues in 1997 exceeded $7 million with food and beverage accounting for $1.6 million.With both clubhouse departments reporting directly to me, I had full financial responsibility for all areas of clubhouse operations. The hiring and training of employees; design, setup and flow for both clubhouses; creation and organization of club events; and facility maintenance were under my supervision.
