Performed all GM duties at a pioneering WISP startup for altafiber (formerly Cincinnati Bell). Responsible for overseeing the 5G network build, field operations, CRM platform development, all marketing decisions, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.

• Led cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive Wi-Fi and analytics platform, addressing municipal needs while providing Wi-Fi to needy citizens.
• Successfully launched the Light Up Cincinnati Wi-Fi initiative, covering over 700+ Wi-Fi hotspots across Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky.
• Led the development and launch of a successful mobile app on both Android and iOS platforms, working closely with strategic vendors. Grew the user base from zero to 125,000 downloads.
• Onboarded over 300 businesses to the mobile app, providing them a platform to market their services.

Sprint MVNO offering prepaid mobile service in a venture with Kroger. Service offered across the US in 3300+ Kroger Stores. In this position I handled all handset and accessory buys in addition to managing the Supply Chain via relationships with AeroVoice, Brightstar and Wireless One.

Managed all OEM Handset relationships including Nokia, RIM, Motorola, etc. Responsible for handset purchases of $55M annually as well as all testing and certifications. Developed all new processes for forward and reverse logistics to compliment the launch of the GSM Network and the loss of the AT&T Affiliation.

Managed sales for (5) branch locations marketing handheld computing technology to Fortune 500 Companies.

Responsible for developing sales to regional carriers as well as managing National Accounts such as AT&T's Mid-Atlantic Operations in Pittsburgh.

Negotiated and managed relationships with twelve cellular carriers and PAGENET to enable a national footprint for sales acquisition. Managed all warehouse and product logistical operations.

Began as a Sales Rep and worked my way up to Market GM managing all sales and operational support channels for the Columbus and Cleveland Markets (300,000 subscribers).
