I am a Member with Spilman Thomas & Battle where my practice focuses primarily on Healthcare Corporate and Regulatory matters and Medical Professional Litigation. I am admitted to practice in West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky. My practice occupies two primary areas of law, medical malpractice/healthcare law and consumer finance/tax lien litigation. I also have experience practicing in the areas of insurance defense, and product liability.
