I managed the Guitar department (which also incorporated Bass, Keys, PA and Hi-Tech) from 2011 to 2018, and took on the Drum department as well a few years in, to keep me on my toes. Key responsibilities were purchasing new and vintage stock, maintaining relationships with suppliers (inc. Fender, EMD, Headstock, D’Addario), managing key accounts (including the BBC and various Film/TV production companies, NHS trusts), digital inventory management, repairs and setups, supervising & training staff.
