Key Achievements to date
Creation and execution of a detailed offshore rundown plan covering HR activities and deliverables required for the successful completion of the project.

Creation and execution of an offshore trades and labour recruitment strategy (200+ personnel) to maximise sourcing turnaround times while minimising on-hire costs to Project.

Directed the design and implementation of an integrated Recruitment Tracking Tool to highlight resource reporting on project, address pinch points in resourcing needs and smooth transition between recruitment and mobilisation to minimise omissions in the on-boarding of personnel. This included the development of process plans to link recruitment to onboarding.

Developed and implemented commercially based and separate Staff and Casual Terms and Conditions for Offshore. Conditions were broadly accepted by workforce and lowered operating costs related to travel and offshore allowances.
