Partnering, HR Operations, Recruitment.

- Business HR lead for Diversity & Inclusion- Lead the business partnering function, whilst partnering my own portfolio of directors and leaders - Oversee the seasonal recruitment of approx. 1750 temporary staff across a number of key operational areas - Guest Services, Operations, Transport, Court Services - Managing day to day HR Operations for the year round business (circa 450)

- Partner key stakeholders and business managers- Provide coaching and support to internal stakeholders - Responsible for implementation and management of recruitment process for the recruitment of circa. 800 temporary staff to support The Championships- Generalist HR work, enabling the business to succeed

Responsible for supporting the strategic growth and implementation plans of any new and existing “hard differentiated” products so that TUI UK consistently deliver what we have promised to customers. I worked closely with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure any product selection is operationally fit for purpose, all investment plans are agreed and units open on time, to plan, to specification and within budget. I have exceptionally strong project management, negotiation and influencing skills which enable me to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsible for the quality management of 3rd party suppliers in order to drive high performance and create memorable customer experiences that are only available through TUI UK.I am an experinced and capable people manager, with a flair and strong ability to train, motivate and coach staff in order to improve personal and company performance.
