I am a partner in HKA Global's growing Canadian Team, assisting clients and law firms in matters involving litigation support, investigations, compliance matters, and damage and lost profit calculations. My team and I help our clients with complex financial modelling, data capture, license and contract compliance, ESG compliance, and administration of class action litigation. Over the course of my career, I have prepared expert reports in matters heard in the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Supreme Court of Canada. I have qualified and testified as an expert in commercial litigation, arbitration, and expropriation matters in Ontario.I work in a variety of industries across Canada, and have led engagements based out of North America and Europe. Since specializing in Forensic Accounting, I have been fortunate to work on some very high profile matters in in Canada, including a class action that was, at the time, the largest action in Canadian history. I am a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada and hold several other specialty accounting and forensic accounting designations in Canada and the United States.
