About Rob Sinclair

As joint Managing Director of e&s with my brother Mike, I am responsible for product and brand sourcing, relationship building with clients and suppliers, and recruitment, which includes inductions and training of our retail consultants.e&s, which was established by my parents in 1962, is one of Victoria's oldest family owned specialist kitchen, bathroom and laundry retailers.Under our directorship, e&s has grown from a single store established in Ashburton in 1962, to an industry leader with 8 stores across Victoria.Having joined e&s in 1991, I've been specialising in the sourcing and retailing of quality kitchen, bathroom and laundry goods for the past 25 years.Most recently, we acquired the Elite Appliance Group, which saw us add an additional three stores to e&s' growing portfolio.At e&s we focus on delivering out customers with the very best service, showroom experience and products.
