The role was to ensure that the system would deliver governance in line with financial and commercial requirements. My largest output provided the full integration of Design and Bid within the SAP system. This has produced a more robust platform for bidding and financial reporting and provides greater data integrity

Carried out a detailed financial review of 198 projects, with a value of over £90 mill. To complement this introduced processes that ensured financial governance was applied to projects during their lifetime. Introduced and managed project closure processes, making any accruals and financial adjustments where required. This led to margin improvement and a contribution of over £3 mill to the P&L account.Played a key role in the implementation of SAP for the Connections business. The role was assistant to the Project Manager. This gave a detailed understanding of SAP.
