 Coordinate cross funtional development teams including developers, database administrators, quality assurance staff and offshore personnel to efficiently complete assigned projects. Accountable for estimating and planning IT Projects. Assess resource needs (individuals, hardware/software, tools, etc...) and allocate in accordance with the budget.  Guarantee collection of requirements for technology infrastructure across all involved departments (Product Management / Development / Hosting Services / Customer Focus Teams & First Level Support) Responsible for the completion of all tasks assigned to matrixed team while ensuring that their work is in line with the project plans and with corporate quality and security standards.  Manage communication related to assigned projects and establish trust relationships with business unit representatives, customers and other IT organizational units.  Functionally coordinate and supervise project activities on multiple teams.  Collaborate with software architects to establish goals and priorities for staff consistent with IT projects objectives.  Ensure assigned deliverables are on target with goals or adapt to changes based on organizational goals or direction; redefine IT project goals due to change in scope and manage resource emergencies.  Appraise resource performance against project accountabilities and assess development opportunities. Provide continual, constructive feedback on performance results against project goals.
