    I was responsible for coordinating the junior doctors rotas for all cancer specialities. This involved approving all leave requests and changes to shifts. Part of my job was to liaise with Medical Staffing, using our resources in the most efficient way possible, before going out to recruitment agencies in order to arrange locum cover as required. I was also in the process of training new doctors that are joining the Trust on clinical systems such as EPR. I was responsible for arranging ID badges and IT logins and the first point of contact for all new junior doctors and work with the TPD and HR in order to create new rotas and direct new doctors to the PGME Co-ordinator as required. I arranged leave and changes to shifts and also for unplanned leave such as sickness, completing return to work interviews as required. I updated the online live rotas with any changes to each doctors shifts and also monitored flexible trainees ensuring that their paperwork is signed by the appropriate management and returned to the appropriate deanery with in the given time frame.

I performed audits and risk assessments for staff in the division and assist in the preparation of inspections such as BSI, JACIE and HTA ensuring all documentation was inline with accreditation's such as ISO:9001:2008 also ensuring that our targets and objectives were met. I was point of contact in the division for requesting and purchasing of stock using Oracle. I regularly attended divisional meetings such as "Our Way" network meetings to take, transcribe and distribute minutes to colleagues. I also assisted in preparing for meetings such as RSSG, OSTS and the divisional incident meetings by collecting data by email from departmental staff, running and writing reports using RMIS which must be completed the day before any meeting and covered absences across the division including PA work for a Haematology Consultant. I produced patient packs and stock up the patient information in the wards and waiting areas of the division. I provided admin support to staff where needed including the ePrescribing project for the oncology department which included updating the plan summaries to correlate with regimens. I also published and archived versions of regimens on Oncolnet, the divisional intranet site at the request of the QA Manager and ePrescribing project manager and logged AOS triage sheets on the PC ready for analysis. I also assisted in the organisation of two "Living with and beyond cancer events" which involved ordering sufficient supplies of patient information materials by liaising with charities such as Macmillan, Leukemia and Lymphoma Research, Lymphoma Association and Anthony Nolan
