Performance Electrics (PE) was established in 2001 and has established itself as one of Australia’s leading multi-stream electrical engineering consultancies. PE is experiencing high demand for its services and opportunities for further diversification. I was honored to be offered the position of Director Operations and the opportunity to work alongside Mark Giacoppo (Director Technical and Principal Engineer) to form a new leadership team backed by a team of industry-leading engineering experts.As Director Operations, my responsibilities will be to lead all business operations including marketing, business development, commercial, financial, and recruitment, while ensuring that the business is resilient, and sustainable, helping our clients reach new levels of electrical engineering excellence.

Further to the merger of ARCH and Artifex I am delighted to have been asked to fulfil the role of Executive Director and I look forward to being pivotal in delivering continued success for our people and our clients. I recently supported Zaha Hadid Architects and Cox Architecture with the development of the reference design for the new Western Sydney Airport (WSA) terminal building.

Having teamed up with ARCH Services in 2015 I have now taken up a lead role in the development of the business, management of our people and servicing of our various Clients. During this time I assisted TfNSW by fulfilling the role of Definition Manager for Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 (PLR 2).

During my seven (7) years at TfNSW I completed various roles including Technical and Senior Technical Manager, Senior Project Manager and Interface Manager Alliances. Whilst working on numerous brownfield multi-disciplined rail projects including Macarthur Station, Hornsby Platform 5, Liverpool Turnback, Gosford Passing Loops (GPL), Epping to Thornleigh Third Track (ETTT), North Strathfield Rail Underpass (NSRU) and Hornsby Junction Upgrade.In these roles and on these projects I continued to develop my technical understanding, project delivery experience and broadened my internal and external network, whilst assisting in the delivery of a successful portfolio of projects in what is a very complex working environment.

The majority of my time at United Group Infrastructure (UGI) was spent successfully delivering the multi-disciplined brownfield Newcastle Rail Corridor Project (NRCP) Alliance fulfilling the role of Alliance Manager on behalf of TfNSW.

During my time at RailCorp I fulfilled the role of Operations Manger to the Chief Electrical Engineer.
