Since joining Argus Properties in 2012 I have helped facilitate and implement the following: • Successful in the negotiation of lease transactions of over 120,000sf for companies such as the Alpine Aerotech aviation manufacturing facility, SW Audio Visual corporate headquarters, Sleep Country distribution center, ATS Healthcare Solutions distribution facility, West Key Graphics, and Van Kam distribution facility.• Implemented and coordinated Argus Properties CRM system• Project management, negotiating with contractors, preparation of leases and offers to lease.• Assisted in the design and layout of the Argus Properties corporate website as well as corporate marketing• Maintain market statistics and produced market analysis for Argus Properties internal reports.• Review, evaluate and approve building plans, site surveys, zoning bylaws and building codes, verifying tenants intended uses.• Deal with environmental law constraints (DFO and MOE issues), building codes, industrial classification codes and the municipal process.• Establish tenant’s requirements versus wants and needs to eliminate redundancies and create efficiencies that lower overall costs.• Create cost recoveries through lease auditing
