W2 Healthcare Solutions, through its OsteoTx brand, is bringing solutions to people suffering from osteoarthritis and other debilitating joint afflictions, including those who have had total joint replacements. After 30 years of orthopedic experience and two years of testing with InHome Healthcare patients that had total knee and hip replacements, we are proud to announce the OsteoTx Canes are available to the public for the first time.We are working on more solutions for people dealing with joint issues and look forward to introducing more products that will help alleviate the pain and other problems associated with joint disease.

Member of community Transitional Care Committee representing post-acute care providers. Worked closely with the County Board of Supervisors and Foundation to promote the district healthcare initiatives.

Vertically integrated post-acute provider from hospital discharge to Skilled Nursing Facility to Home Health Care to Out-patient services. Worked closely with hospitals, IPA's, physicians, post-acute providers and community resources to improve patient care and outcomes in a cost effective environment. Owned 2 out-patient therapy centers and managed over 20 SNF based out-patient centers throughout Northern California. Negotiated and managed traditional payment sources and risk sharing contracts including capitation.
