Hired necessary staff for each river day and paid them on completion. Organised support vehicles. Guided trips and arranged swift water rescue training for staff. Major Accomplishments:Turned around a tourism company that started to develop a bad reputation and was losing moneyinto a highly profitable and professionally run business, by training top quality staff to makethis happen.2. Responsibilities: Rafting Guide Trip Leader- 1982-present part timeOrganised and ran trips anywhere in the North Island. In-charge and having to delegate up to 30 staff, on and off the river. Training new guides and team building. Maintaining, controlling resources of all company equipment including: 20 rafts, all vehicles, trailers, cooking equipment, wet suits, jackets, pumps etc.Major Accomplishments:Ranked as one of the top river guides in the country that generated around a 40% rate of return customers to the company.
