Having begun my career with SwiftTrade Securities as a Technical Floor Support / COMPAQ Certified Technician I have taken many opportunities to further myself one step at a time. As the Company grew and evolved, so did my role and responsibilities; from fixing / upgrading servers to Account Management for Traders. When SwiftTrade went Global, I helped build and support the infrastructure for European Trading for the many facets required to make things as smooth as possible for the Traders. (Technical / Account / Back Office). Increasing in size, employees / traders / Offices, presented the needs for Customer Support on a grand scale; teaching others to assume the Customer Support and Service role and ultimately taking the mantle of Operations Coordinator.Another step in the evolution of the company has given me a new career path as Project Manager.
