After retiring from the active practice of law and entering into a new career of writing and part-time teaching, I wanted to take my long-standing interest in photography to a higher level. With upgraded equipment (and after brushing up on modern editing techniques), I now take my camera and lenses overseas to where Americans have fought, photographing the current landscape and writing stories for military publications on how a past conflict has changed a local region. In addition, I enjoy submitting my photographs to juried art competitions and being involved in local art organizations. Doing the photography work for the Columbus Symphony Orchestra and the Youth Orchestra of Greater Columbus is an extra bonus.
