For the past 4 months I’ve been on a secondment to DDM (Divisional Delivery Manager) and it’s been great to be involved with the HDS senior team. During this time I’ve been involved in the Driver Listening Sessions, DTM Group Meeting and went to the very first Well Awards held at the Imperial War Museum in Manchester as I was nominated in the category of ‘Manager of the Year’.Earlier this year I spent time seconded to the HR team and supported them in the successful delivery of an extensive people project which further enhanced my people skills development.The next phase for me will be to support the business in a new project and I’m excited to asked by the team to represent our business on behalf of HDS.I continue to develop my skills within the role to support my colleagues through the full 360 degrees as that support is crucial to ensure we carry on streamlining our business, grow the team development and look at new ways of working. The role of DTM is challenging but very rewarding and it’s rewarding to watch my team grow & develop. This follows a spell where I worked for Viridor Waste Management as a Change Officer, Regional Deployment Lead and latterly assuming responsibility for the Training Delivery Team. Previously I spent 32 years working for The Royal Bank of Scotland covering a number of roles including Centre Manager, Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager and I have some experience in both a processing operation and shift work.My computer skills are advanced and include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and I am looking to utilise the knowledge and skills I have developed over the years.in my next role. My passion and enthusiasm to get things done is one of my strengths and I am looking forward to the challenge of my new role with Well Pharmacy and the undoubted opportunity to develop myself within this role.
