After playing football at a professional level I travelled overseas on numerous trips and organised an overland expedition from the UK to India. Throughout these years I gained knowledge on the cuisine of many different countries and gained experience in hotel, restaurant, fine dining and events. I took over Bouquet Garni in 2001, when we moved to our new premises in Manningtree, situated between Ipswich and Colchester on the Essex and Suffolk border.We successfully plan and cater at hundreds of events each year, throughout East Anglia. We work at a number of local venues, in marquees or at client’s homes and have all the equipment to create a kitchen in even the most unlikely of locations.Every dish is carefully prepared by our chefs; we take pride in every aspect of our product from the selection, preparation and presentation of our food through to the service at each individual event.Specialties: Weddings, corporate catering, dinner parties, barbecues.
