Supervised the team through the process of transitioning from running a toy business to supporting master licensee, Hasbro, in the wake of licensing agreement with Hasbro. Administered the emergency transition of Asia-based agent and shutdown of a key factory; spending 16 weeks in China during 2006.

Provided strategic leadership and direction to the advertising sales team and newsstand business. Aligned the strategic shift in Marvel’s advertiser base, growing the business dramatically and leveraging our core readers, hard-to-reach young males aged 18 to 35 years.
