Manage technical support services and technical assistance proposals for the management and operation of the Memphis Area Transit Authority.Business development new starts transition management support leading the completion of all contract deliverables to include operational and planning activities in the areas of fixed route, paratransit operations, trolley, fleet and facility maintenance, administration, legal, technology, human resources, planning, contract compliance, and finance.

Provided leadership to a 160 bus urban transit system for Volusia county providing for fixed route and complimentary paratransit services within the urbanized and rural area of Volusia county.• Manage urban system of 325 full time equivalents, 27 fixed routes and complementary paratransit with 3.2 million one-way trips and a 27 million operating budget.• Hosted the Florida Triple Crown Bus Roadeo, and the FPTA Public Transportation and Transportation for the Disadvantaged Expo and Conference.• Provided oversight for the successful implementation of increased frequency in the core Daytona Beach service delivery area.• Successful labor agreement negotiations

Provided leadership to an urban transit system for the cities of Midland and Odessa, Texas providing for fixed route and complimentary paratransit services within the urbanized areas of Ector and Midland Counties• Managed a multiphase multi-million-dollar maintenance and administration building construction project to include a plan for a multimodal facility for inter-city carriers co-located at the Midland International Airport.• Managed the remediation of internal control audit findings in the district A-133 financial audit. Zero audit findings in the last three years of financials submitted for review.• Secured existing federal and local funding while seeking additional and non-traditional funding to strategically grow the system service profile and capital improvement needs through partnerships and improved financial reporting and accountability measures.• Expanded service to senior and disability populations with new partnerships and funding with existing personnel and programs in the district increasing passenger trips by 52%, increasing revenue hours by 27.5%, increasing passengers per revenue hour by 20%, for a tradeoff of a ‐2.0 % decrease in on time performance.• Negotiated an intercity bus agreement with Greyhound to provide space and revenue agent services from MOUTD multimodal facility for intercity bus passengers.

Workforce Solutions Permian Basin is governed by the Permian Basin Workforce Development Board. The Board is composed of 30 members which serves as a decision-making body and provides direction for all workforce programs and activities in the Workforce Solutions Permian Basin offices.

The TXDOT Public Transportation Advisory Committee (PTAC) consists of nine members, appointed by the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Speaker of the House of Representatives. The committee's primary responsibilities include:* Advising the commission on the needs of the state's public transportation providers * Advising the commission on the allocation of public transportation funds * Commenting on rules involving public transportation

TTA is governed by a Board of Directors elected from the general membership to include five members each representing the metros, small urban and rural operators. In addition, three associate members are selected by the board. TTA’s Executive Committee is elected by the board from among its member-elected officers. This committee is composed of a President, two Vice Presidents, a Secretary and a Treasurer.

Longview Habitat for Humanity is a Christian housing ministry financed through private donations and utilizing volunteer labor. Our purpose is helping families in need of decent housing, who could not otherwise afford a home, to build and buy a home of their own.
