As the President and Managing Advisor of Sterner Strategic Advisors, a business development advisory firm, I help public safety and emergency management companies accelerate their growth and achieve their goals. I have over 24 years of work experience in this sector, working with various clients, partners, and stakeholders to deliver reliable and effective technology solutions.In my previous roles, I led the DATAMARK business unit at Michael Baker International, a suite of software solutions that enables accurate and reliable location data for public safety and emergency response. I also served as the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Business Development at Mission Critical Partners, a consulting firm that provides technology and network solutions for public safety and emergency management agencies. In both positions, I was responsible for developing and executing the sales and marketing strategy, managing key accounts, and expanding the client base and revenue. I have a strong background in new business development, team building, and program management, as well as a passion for improving public safety and emergency response through innovative and reliable technology solutions. I hold a BA in Political Science from York College of Pennsylvania, and I am always eager to learn new skills and collaborate with diverse and talented professionals.
