Partners closely with EVP - Store and Brand Services and various department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business strategies. Provides day-to-day HR support for Asset Protection, Store Maintenance/Campus Facilities, Store Operations, Store Design and Construction, and Diversity and Inclusion teams in North America, Europe, and Asia.• Identifies and places key talent into appropriate positions to maximize associate career growth and overall business needs. • Leads annual “Talent Review” process to evaluate performance, potential, and succession plans for all home office and field business partners.• Develops human resources operational financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating budgetary requirements, trends, and variances.• Implements performance management strategy initiatives throughout business areas, including mid-year/annual reviews, associate performance plans, and developmental goals.• Partners with the Compensation team to develop and implement compensation strategies for all domestic and international associates. • Serves as a catalyst for developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and processes for associates.• Drives the annual performance review process of the hourly and management teams across the globe.• Champions the company culture and values, and develops initiatives and strategies to support the company mission.
