Born from a deep love of both music and technology, Activa Music was created as an outlet for my own musical tastes. - Collaborate with Programme, Engineering and Product Management leadership to produce product development strategies that can deliver on Business Case and product roadmap objectives- Apply and leverage our bespoke PRINCE2 derived project management framework to deliver successful project outcomes, generating project delivery plans and detailed stage plans with deliverables and review gates- Work closely with the cross functional delivery teams, managing priorities, resolving work load conflicts, and planning and coordinating the stage deliverables from product concept validation through to mass production. Project ownership will be for the entire development process “End to End”- Take ownership of project risk management: exposing, documenting and ensuring mitigation plans are successfully implemented as part of your projects- Be responsible for estimating project costs, tracking the project performance measures (schedule/cost/quality) across the programme, and helping to maintain healthy Business Cases- Work alongside Scrum Masters in the organisation to deliver the total value proposition for new products, including accompanying software and customer experience elements- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal project teams and contract manufacturing partners to produce successful project outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement

- Management and development of key business applications/platforms for Sales, Marketing & Accounting.- Business intelligence / Analytics: utilising data from the CRM to support the CEO, CFO and Sales and Marketing teams.- CRM Data Management: Data Processing & GDPR Compliance- Website overhaul & technical Management. Website update processes / CRM Integration- Line Manager for the Operations dept PHP Developer- Accounts Related: Purchase Order / Sales Order Processing, Invoicing, Credit Control, Fixed Assets, supporting third party accountant and CFO.- Supporting both the Sales and Marketing Directors.
