• Provide ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication of incidents via ticketing software (Jira) according to established processes. Communicate with customers and clients through E-Mail or phone if needed• Application support. Monitoring multiple applications running status under combined operating system environment (UNIX/Windows). Work with the Incident Manager to analyze incidents for correct prioritization, classification and provide initial support. Liaise with Problem Management as necessary to address root causes.• Production support. Liaise with Development, QA and other stakeholders as necessary to address incident fixes according to priority and established processes. Escalate incidents to development scrum teams as necessary per established escalation policies• Write SQL queries to generate ad-hoc reports as requested• Optimize application running status, processing performance and runtime efficiency• Write technical documentation to summarize solutions and share knowledge and experience

• Provide support to clients and partners via Zendesk ticketing system and telephone• Resolve issues and requests appropriately and in a timely manner • Develop and maintain positive relations with clients and partners • Demonstrate a thorough technical understanding of Leonardo’s products and services
