I researched an analyzed several energy policy issues relevant to renewable energy development in Wisconsin. Projects that I worked on include: preforming a sensitivity analysis on a proposed community solar program offered by a utility company, evaluating how electricity rate design impact ratepayers that have made solar and energy efficiency investments, researching how phosphorous regulation in Wisconsin impacts the market for bio-digesters, and conducting a meta analysis of value of solar tariffs in the United States. Through these projects and many others, my work experience at RENEW has allowed me to become very familiar with energy policy, particularly at the state level.

I provided analytical assistance to UW-Madison professors working on a research project that seeks to understand employment trends in Wisconsin. The analysis uses a model developed by the research team to project which NAICS employment sectors will growth the most in the near future.
