  Rob formed LST Services in 1989, starting out working in Repertory Theatre and ended up on the road with touring theatre companies as a Sound Engineer. In the mid-nineties he moved into the Corporate Event market as an all-round technician. Working in various roles over the years gave him a good understanding of each of the techincal disciplines of the event world helping him to become an accomplished Production Manager.Having a proven track record of pre-production and on-site Production Management since 2003. An ability to use his own initiative and work as part of a team driving the original creative to the final presentation. Experienced in rehearsing Speakers and realising their presentation skills, bringing together all technical elements.Good organisational skills; Used to meeting deadlines, good communicator and 100% reliability and commitment. Good working knowledge of a number of venues around the country.
