Sole NA point of contact for Dana controls integration, streamlining processes and enhancing overall system functionality.-Vehicle Integration – Led integration, commissioning, and calibration of spreader tractor hydrostatic transmission, offering frontline troubleshooting and regional in-person support. Pivotal role in on-site commissioning of hybrid electric fire truck transmission, implementing new control strategies, features, and enhanced drivability.

-EV Prototype Integration and Calibration – Converted ICE vehicle to full EV and integrated with the original vehicle’s CAN and hardware. EV hardware selection and system sizing. CAN architecture layout and load planning and integration. Low voltage wiring schematics and design. Wrote requirements for controls integration. Supplier interface for all HV components. Created instrumentation requirements and documentation.-Calibration Lead – Developed DVP&R from the ground up for EV calibration sign off. Developed calibration controls process for traceability and robustness.

-Mustang Mach E Lead Calibrator – Lead Mustang Mach E calibration team from prototype activities, issue resolution, systems testing and validation, software and calibration release management, production launch, field issue resolution, and model year updates. Oversee DVP and risk management in planning and release. Commission prototypes. Drive changes for year over year improvements. Certify software and calibrations.-BEV Powertrain Calibration – F150 Lightning, Mach E, Transit Electric - Calibration responsibilities included: Battery Management, HMI, Homologation and Certification. Support controls design and integration.Transit Electric Lead Calibrator – Led integration of Mach E powertrain into Transit Electric in a move fast initiative. Saw program into Job 1 then trained European team on ownership, development, calibration and releasing. Oversaw timely handoff of responsibilities.-FHEV/PHEV Fuel Calibration – Ford Escape FHEV/PHEV, Lincoln Corsair PHEV - Tested, evaluated and signed off cold start testing in varying environmental conditions including extreme hot, cold and elevation to support program milestones and emissions targets. Calibrated transient fueling to anticipate and compensate for driver demand while meeting emissions regulations. -Competitive Vehicle Benchmarking- Developed and tested EV benchmarking process. Reverse engineered competitor controls, calibrations and CAN networks. Benchmarked hybrids and EVs.
