I enjoy working with grassroots charities and have chaired a small spirituality and culture charity [now closed], a leading award winning arts development organisation [Punch Records] with UK and international commitments, a think tank [Anvil Trust] and a community cohesion charity [Building Bridges]. I've worked on short term projects in India, Nigeria, Zambia, Kenya, Uganda South Africa, the USA and Jordan, including working with both government departments and non-governmental organisations in the areas of drug misuse, HIV, street children and micro business enterprise, also using the arts as a tool for expression and change.I've been an experienced interim manager who has worked successfully in a variety of business recovery/turnaround roles at CEO or Executive Director level, and sometimes as a statutory appointee on boards.
