Extensively experienced in the management & development of Contracts Management teams for all large scale and technically challenging earthmoving projects, utilising all types of plant and developing safe systems of work.Many years working in remediation and reclamation on demanding brownfield sites, and also on water retaining earth structures, reinforced embankments, flood defence & alleviation schemes, rivers and reservoirs. Working with partners involved in the development of new systems utilising technology to produce accurate earthworks validation & verification data and instrumental in the implementation of these systems.Familiar with technologies such as 3D GPS systems and UAV topographic drone survey systems. Extensive experience in all types of soil modification & stabilisation and familiarity and understanding of all required specifications and testing. Familiar with CL:AIRE Acop and WAMITAB / CIWM qualified, extensive experience in waste material characterisation and classification and disposal. Highly skilled in developing strategies reusing site won materials to minimise off site disposal and subsequent import of materials ensuring greener project footprint and lower costs.
