There is a scarcity of individuals who are skilled and experienced in the industry.Competent and skilled individuals capable of working in Medical Communications are leaving the industry due to a lack of training and support. Due to their own work pressures, those with the knowledge and ability to train others are too busy delivering themselves. Induction training tends to focus on the “how” and not the “why”.In a survey of Medical Communication’s employees in a variety of roles with experience ranging from less than one year to five years showed that 94% admitted to “not having a good understanding of the Product Pipeline” and same percentage did not have a good understanding of Pharmaceutical Marketing. Subsequently 46% of those surveyed are no longer working in Medical Communications.RT Unlimited offers a unique blend of personalised training and support, which is tailored to the needs of the individual aligned to their personal and business objectives.
