Manage the UGL Engineering Northern Region finance team, ensuring staff are motivated and delivering results in line with Group goals.Consolidating and reporting on over 60 projects including major infrastructure jobs such as the Airport Link Tunnel ($600M) and the Clem 7 tunnel ($400M) plus others rail signalling ranging from $15M - $25M.Scheduling and running project review meeting for projects in the Northern Region which included investigation cost to date vs budget and setting or updating the project forecast to completion. Providing variance analysis and explanation for project results based on the project review meetings.Ongoing monitoring of debtors to ensure debtor collection targets remained well within collection periods.Settled two BCIPA claims which resulted in approximately $1M gain to UGL both through the add back of provisions and the claiming of amounts not included in the initial invoicing.
