Specific Projects & Key Achievements; - Led the planning and delivery of the following projects; Perth Rectangular Stadium Redevelopment Stage 1 ($95.1M budget, $2.5M savings), WA State Netball Centre ($31M), and WA Institute of Sport High-Performance Service Centre ($33.7M)- Led the upgrade of the Wanneroo Raceway in 2011-2012 which subsequently retained the V8 Supercar event ($13.2M budget, $2.4M savings)- Played an integral leadership role in obtaining and delivering grant programs including; Community Sporting & Recreation Facilities Fund ($12M per annum), Community Pool Revitalisation Program ($3M per annum, over four years), and Election Commitments from 2008, 2013 and 2017- Led a range of investments in state-level sporting infrastructure through the State Sporting Infrastructure Fund ($2M per annum)- Prepared business cases and Financial Assistance Agreements for the relocation and development of national-level ballistics facilities and their delivery ($12M)- Led negotiations with the International Cricket Council’s Local Organising Committee in preparing the Host City Agreement for the 2015 Cricket World Cup- Led the development of a funding request to Cabinet in partnership with Tourism WA to secure $1.67M in State Government funding to deliver event overlay infrastructure at the WACA Ground and Perth City activation activities
