I have in depth knowledge of warehouse procedures and operations including chilled ambient dispatch, goods in, pick and pack, loading and transport logistics and compliance.I am confident working in a fast moving warehouse environment leading a team of operators to deliver exceptional results and meeting company targets as a team which have exceeded year on year.I am a confident communicator and liaise with internal management and external logistical companies and agencies to ensure effective and efficient service level agreements are met and complied with at all times whilst adhering to company policies.I am an honest, hardworking and reliable line manager who always leads from the front and sets standards for all of my team to achieve confidently.
